Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce orgs, ensuring best practices in configuration, security, and performance.
- Develop and integrate third-party applications and APIs to enhance Salesforce functionality.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Visualforce).
- Active Salesforce Developer (PDI/PDII) or Administrator certification is a plus.
- Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and best practices.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Accounting, or ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
