Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions, ensuring seamless migration from traditional LAN/VPN access.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design and deploy secure access architectures.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures in alignment with Zero Trust principles.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of ZTNA solutions, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies, recommending innovations to enhance security posture.
- Document technical specifications, architectural designs, and implementation plans for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network security and access control.
- Proven expertise in Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and ZTNA solutions.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
