Responsibility
- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a long-term technology vision that aligns with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
- Product Leadership: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-impact digital products, from concept to market launch.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Technical Architecture: Define and maintain robust, scalable system architectures that support business growth and user needs.
- Innovation & R&D: Drive research and development initiatives to explore emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, cloud computing) and their business applications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions deliver measurable value.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and ROI.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all systems and processes adhere to industry standards, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern software development (e.g., microservices, DevOps, CI/CD), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data-driven architectures.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Team Builder: Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top engineering talent in competitive markets.
- Innovation Mindset: Passion for exploring new technologies and methodologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or digital product development is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
