Responsibility
- Support and maintain network operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Integrate and configure OLT (Optical Line Terminal) systems for fiber network deployment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of fiber deployment projects.
- Provide IT support for internal teams and corporate clients.
- Activate and manage corporate accounts, ensuring seamless connectivity and service delivery.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IP Network Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, OLT systems, and fiber optics.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
