Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee IIoT and software project timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Liaise with clients, developers, and engineers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure alignment between technical, business, and operational teams.
- Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Support the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (required).
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, IT, or software development (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with IIoT, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills for reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (required).
