Responsibility
- Support daily manufacturing operations by monitoring and maintaining plant network connectivity.
- Assist in the management and optimization of digital transformation (DX) and automation systems.
- Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and updates.
- Utilize Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Assist in the implementation of new software and hardware solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies related to data security and system integrity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, networking, and automation systems.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
