Responsibility
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Manage system configurations, security settings, and user access in alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR teams to analyze, design, and implement process improvements within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in data migration, integration, and testing for Oracle Fusion HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management).
- Train end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud updates and recommend new features or enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in supporting Oracle Fusion HCM (Cloud or on-premise).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, or Performance Management.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle BI tools for reporting and analytics.
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Oracle HCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a customer-centric approach.
