Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using cloud-native and Kubernetes platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to container orchestration, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical customer issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and best practices for customer reference.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on cloud-native technologies.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact customers.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud computing, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in cloud-native or Kubernetes environments.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with Linux systems, networking, and scripting (Bash, Python).
- Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD) or cloud platforms are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
