Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end execution of device management software projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to define and refine operational workflows.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize software deployment, scalability, and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in software operations.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Drive process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, software project management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing complex software projects, preferably in device management or IoT.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
