Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems for end-users, both remotely and on-site.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to enhance support capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common IT tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT support is a plus.
