Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and milestones.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ensure projects comply with industry best practices, quality standards, and Ascendion’s internal processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with remote teams and managing distributed projects.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
