Responsibility
- Monitor and enforce Endpoint Compliance Management policies to ensure all devices meet security and regulatory standards.
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessments and remediate identified risks to minimize exposure to cyber threats.
- Oversee Patch Management Compliance, ensuring timely deployment of security updates across all systems.
- Implement and maintain Endpoint Security Controls, including antivirus, firewall, and encryption solutions.
- Audit Active Directory & Identity Compliance to verify user access rights and adherence to role-based permissions.
- Generate compliance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting risks and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop and refine compliance frameworks and procedures.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for compliance-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, compliance, or security roles, with a focus on endpoint management.
- Proficiency in Vulnerability Management tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys) and Patch Management systems (e.g., WSUS, SCCM).
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with Endpoint Security solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Symantec, McAfee).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH) are a plus.
