Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site technical operations for real estate and property development projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and procurement processes for technical aspects of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, property development, or construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address technical challenges.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as needed.
