Responsibility

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor local real estate trends in Bali to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Property Knowledge: Stay updated on Keyland’s projects, features, and competitive advantages to deliver compelling pitches.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of property sales, market dynamics, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, mentor, and drive a sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
