Responsibility
- Maintain accurate inventory records, technical drawings, and property documentation.
- Manage Defect Liability Period (DLP) registers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Compile and update service contracts, legal registries, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to technical and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis for property maintenance projects.
- Provide technical support for property management operations and tenant inquiries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical documentation, property management, or real estate operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other technical documentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of local property regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
