Responsibility
- Oversee daily technical operations in pharmaceutical production, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with local and international pharmaceutical guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical or supervisory role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using pharmaceutical manufacturing software and tools.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
