Responsibility
- Provide personalized patient care under the supervision of medical professionals, including mobility assistance and daily living support.
- Assist patients with prosthetic fittings, adjustments, and mobility training to ensure optimal comfort and functionality.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or improvements to the healthcare team.
- Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families, fostering a positive and healing environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper prosthetic use, maintenance, and hygiene to promote long-term success.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and prosthetists to deliver integrated care plans.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in patient care.
Qualifications
- A certificate or diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Nursing Aide, or similar role in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset with a genuine desire to improve lives.
- Physical stamina to assist patients with mobility and perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, or bending.
- Familiarity with prosthetic care, mobility aids, or rehabilitation processes is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
