Responsibility
- Assist medical staff with patient intake, including recording vital signs and medical histories.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records with confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting patients, answering phones, and addressing inquiries.
- Assist with basic medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or administration is a plus.
