Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (doctors, nurses, occupational therapists) to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all clinical settings.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license (STR) and registration with the Indonesian Physiotherapy Association (IFI).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy, preferably in rehabilitation, orthopedics, or sports medicine.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic exercises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
