Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client care and treatment approaches.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing therapy.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
