Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for Operating Theatre operations, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in procurement processes for medical supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient and operational records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Provide logistical support for surgical procedures, including room preparation and post-operative follow-ups.
- Handle inquiries from patients, staff, and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or medical settings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with healthcare management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
