Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive technical support and expert consultation to clients regarding hand and power tool applications.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair processes to ensure tools meet optimal performance and safety standards.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure safe and efficient tool usage.
- Analyze technical issues reported by customers and provide timely, actionable solutions to resolve malfunctions.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales support.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical inspections, repair logs, and customer feedback for internal reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new tool technology to provide relevant advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in the power tool industry or industrial machinery sector.
- Strong knowledge of internal components and maintenance requirements for various types of hand and power tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in local language (Bahasa Indonesia) and basic technical English.
