Responsibility
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in designated areas, including restrooms, pantry, and office workspaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are kept in good condition and restocked as needed.
- Handle specialized cleaning equipment and chemical agents safely according to company protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during the cleaning process to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while working in client environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
- Proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle manual cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be reliable, honest, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to commit to the terms of the employment contract and follow company SOPs.
