Responsibility
- Perform professional beauty treatments including facials, massages, and body treatments.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all treatment areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and treatment rooms are prepared to company standards.
- Upsell retail products and additional services based on client needs.
- Assist in managing appointment bookings and maintaining client records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or Aesthetician.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or related field.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, beauty products, and treatment techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new beauty trends and technologies.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance.
