Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the installation, relocation, and maintenance of construction machinery and equipment.
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and resolve technical issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Conduct system upgrades and modifications to improve performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage escalations for complex technical problems, coordinating with vendors or internal teams as needed.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting machine efficiency and service metrics.
- Ensure all billable services are accurately documented and invoiced in compliance with company policies.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices for equipment handling and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to align technical operations with construction timelines and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction equipment maintenance, installation, or technical supervision.
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems in heavy machinery.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and safety regulations (OSHA, local Indonesian codes).
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting tools (e.g., CMMS, Excel, or proprietary software).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali’s Badung region and work flexible hours as required.
- Certification in equipment operation or maintenance (e.g., CAT, Komatsu, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
