Responsibility
- Lead and manage all phases of the hospital construction project, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and healthcare facility requirements.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to senior management and clients.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-first culture among all project team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in healthcare or large-scale infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
