Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative operations on construction sites, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage site records, including contracts, permits, safety logs, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including organizing meetings and preparing presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a site administration or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local business practices is advantageous.
