Responsibility
- Oversee daily on-site renovation activities to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct thorough site measurements and assessments to verify accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor material deliveries and inventory to prevent shortages or excess, ensuring cost-effective resource management.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment for all personnel.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including photographs, measurements, and status updates to stakeholders.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality benchmarks and client expectations before final handover.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, particularly in renovation or construction projects.
- Proven expertise in site measurement, blueprint reading, and construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct on-site personnel effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, measurement instruments, and basic construction software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project scopes.
- Relevant certification in construction management, supervision, or a related field is a plus.
