As a Developer Project Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring site progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of projects, from planning to execution, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this role offers a competitive salary of RM 4,500 – RM 6,000 per month and the chance to work on exciting projects in one of the world's most sought-after destinations.
Responsibility
- Monitor and report on the progress of construction projects at the site.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Identify and resolve potential issues or delays in project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to implement project plans effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering or construction management, preferably in the real estate or development sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
