Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, design, approvals, budgeting, and execution for construction projects in Bali.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to secure permits and compliance.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and adherence to specifications.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate delays, cost overruns, and other project risks.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and incorporate eco-friendly practices into project designs and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale developments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and financial tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
