Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to mitigate hazards.
- Monitor material and equipment usage to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and report progress to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction supervision or a related role.
- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
