Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project performance and address any issues or risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards across all project sites in Bali.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including client updates, progress reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, mentoring junior staff and promoting professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or BIM tools).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working in Bali or other tropical environments is a plus, with familiarity in local construction practices and challenges.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
