Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with drafters, quantity surveyors, surveyors, and structural engineers to optimize project workflows.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
