Responsibility
- Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently according to manufacturer specifications and company safety protocols
- Perform daily pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on crane equipment
- Interpret load charts and calculate safe working loads for various lifting operations
- Coordinate with ground crew and signal persons to ensure safe and precise load movements
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to maintain safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, maintenance, and any incidents
- Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and relocation of tower cranes as required
- Follow all site safety procedures and participate in safety meetings and training
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating tower cranes on construction sites
- Valid crane operator certification from recognized authority (e.g., BNSP, K3, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of crane mechanics, load dynamics, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and load charts
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all construction regulations
