This role is perfect for individuals with certifications in Lifting Supervision, Scaffold, Work-At-Height, Confined Space Supervision, and Building Construction Safety.
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high safety standards, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, conducting safety inspections, and providing guidance to on-site personnel.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and mentor on-site personnel, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure all lifting operations, scaffolding, and work-at-height activities are conducted safely and in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and safety inspections.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
Qualifications
- Certification in Lifting Supervision, Scaffold, Work-At-Height, Confined Space Supervision, and Building Construction Safety.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
