Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for the data centre construction project.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Lead a team of QA/QC inspectors and provide guidance on best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review and approve construction materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including reports, logs, and non-conformance records.
- Facilitate training sessions for project teams on quality control processes and safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that quality milestones are achieved on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in data centre or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, ASTM).
- Proven experience in leading QA/QC teams and managing quality control processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the duration of the project.
