Responsibility
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material assessments
- Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation
- Prepare progress claims and final accounts
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
