Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value construction contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to clarify terms, resolve disputes, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks by conducting thorough contract analyses and implementing proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare and present contract-related reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal changes affecting construction contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCM, PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, preferably with high-value projects.
- Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration, with a strong understanding of construction law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, Procore, or Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
