Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily site activities to ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, including negotiating with suppliers and tracking deliveries.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and address any deviations from project plans.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, including conflicts, delays, or resource shortages, to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and project records, for audit and reference purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination, site management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
