Responsibility
- Prepare and qualify tenders for government and private construction projects.
- Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
- Maintain and update tender documentation and databases.
- Analyze project specifications and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and feasibility assessments.
- Ensure compliance with tender submission deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Provide administrative support for tender-related activities and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in tender preparation, cost estimation, or project administration.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction regulations and tender processes in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
