Responsibility
- Oversee and enforce safety protocols and procedures on TNB project sites to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel, including toolbox talks and emergency response drills.
- Monitor compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and ensure proper usage across all project sites.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports for auditing purposes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging safety technologies to enhance site safety programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site safety supervision, preferably in electrical or construction projects.
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or equivalent (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or local certifications).
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA, TNB safety standards, and Indonesian construction safety laws.
- Proven ability to conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs for construction personnel.
- Familiarity with electrical construction projects and high-voltage safety protocols is a plus.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
