Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource allocation, using industry-standard tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and material sourcing, to optimize cost efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM 360) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations, permits, and compliance standards in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and financial data.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and travel to project sites as needed.
