Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present planning reports to senior management and clients.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align resources and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Optimize resource allocation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction landscape is a plus.
