Responsibility
- Lead and supervise all civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize the performance and longevity of manufacturing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for infrastructure projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data and recommending innovative solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all operations.
- Mentor and train engineering teams to enhance technical competencies and foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, SNI).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software for design and project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or already based in the region.
