Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day engineering and facilities operations, ensuring compliance with GBI, ESG, and local regulations.
- Develop and implement sustainable building management strategies, including energy/water conservation and waste reduction programs.
- Lead cross-functional project teams for facility upgrades, renovations, and new constructions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Monitor and optimize HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems for peak performance and cost efficiency.
- Conduct risk assessments and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to source eco-friendly materials and technologies for facility improvements.
- Prepare and present ESG and sustainability reports to stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and impact metrics.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in green operations, safety protocols, and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in engineering/facilities management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in GBI/LEED-certified projects and ESG framework implementation.
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), IoT, and smart infrastructure.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Energy Management (CEM), or Sustainability (LEED AP) are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in Bali (Denpasar, Ubud, Canggu, or surrounding areas) with valid work authorization.
