Responsibility
- Lead and manage new product development initiatives from concept to production.
- Oversee technical operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and compliance reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or supervisory role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in new product development and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in technical software and tools relevant to manufacturing and logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
