Responsibility
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and mechatronic issues in production systems to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to design and improve mechanical systems and processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and propose sustainable solutions.
- Provide technical training and guidance to operational staff on equipment handling and safety protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending upgrades or modifications as needed.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and specifications for engineering projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems, automation, or production engineering.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, PLC programming, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electromechanical systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and safety regulations.
