Responsibility
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of genset projects, including site assessments, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address technical challenges, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues during project execution to minimize downtime and delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to source materials and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in power systems, gensets, or heavy machinery.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
- Strong technical knowledge of genset systems, electrical controls, and power distribution.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, NEC) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
