Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market share in the polymer and plastic industry.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users.
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our materials.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or technical support within the polymer/plastic industry.
- Strong understanding of polymer materials, manufacturing processes, and industry applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
