Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategic engineering plans to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews to mitigate potential project risks.
- Drive innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices into engineering solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all operations.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, industry conferences, and regulatory discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field); Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., P.E., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or chief engineer role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Strong technical expertise in project planning, design, execution, and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, IEEE) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
